A bit of history
After a few years of being on idle in the pandemic, entrepreneurs Matt, (Gold Coast, Australia) and Sudhin, (born and bred Gili Trawangan local) decided to take their decades long friendship into a business partnership.
Said and done, the run-down resort Mahaputri went through some major renovations and rebuilding, and in early December 2022 the metamorphosis came to fruition and Oasis Villas opened it’s doors.

All rooms have a quiet patio with view over the pool in the garden where you can chill out in the sofa or the hanging chairs. They also have ample power points for charging your devices, spacious bathrooms with hot water showers, and king size beds with quality bedlinen. Specially aimed at Digital Nomads, the Superior Rooms comes with a separate area for work, sporting a window facing desk with power points and an office chair. Â

We serve an amazing ala carte breakfast with Juice, Toast, Fruit Salad, & Eggs in various combinations. Just ask if you want something special, we always try our best to accommodate whenever possible.
The swimming pool is an amazing invention, especially if you are in a hot climate like here. Our pool is always available for cooldown dip, a casual swim or just chilling.
All our rooms have a fabulous garden view, and the patios have nice and comfy seating options. A perfect place for realxing, chatting with your friends, or maybe finally reading that book…
